A licence preserver, it ensures that we don’t go sailing past one of those ubiquitous roadside boxes at too high a speed only to be rewarded by that tell-tale flash in the rear view mirrors, and a sense of impending doom.
There’s quite a risk of that happening given the level of performance the Master has on tap, especially when lightly laden, and how quietly and smoothly it is delivered.
