Asset management and engineering services company United Plant Services has grown its VW commercial vehicle fleet with four more Crafter vans.
United Plant’s fleet now consists of 32 Volkswagen vans, including Crafter, Transporter and Caddy models.
All of the vans were converted to meet United Plant’s needs.
Bott undertook the addition of racking, livery and safety features while Spillard Safety Systems fitted 360-degree live CCTV recording, LED warning light systems and a cycle turning warning alert.
Greg Mulhearn, managing director of United Plant commented: “I have been extremely impressed with the standard of our Volkswagen vans. It was vital that we could have significant input into the specification of the vans to ensure that they met our specific needs.”
Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles’ provision of Mobile Service Clinics was also an important consideration for United Plant, which relies on keeping its vans operational for onsite engineering coverage.
Claire English, head of fleet for Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles said: “We are delighted that United Plant has been so pleased with its fleet of vans. We pride ourselves on our comprehensive aftersales package as well as flexible servicing to ensure our customers experience as little downtime as possible.”
