The NV400, which the brand unveiled at the Hanover show last year, comes into the line-up as a big brother to the NV200.
As well as the rest of its commercial vehicle range, Nissan will also showcase its Leaf electric car at the NEC.
The brand said it expects to use the same technology to bring an electric an electric van to market next year.
