Iveco has announced the addition of two new body options to its Daily 3.5t van range.
The new caged tipper and arboricultural tipper form part of the firm’s Driveaway programme, available from all Iveco dealerships for both outright purchase and contract hire.
The caged tipper features an aluminium framed, galvanised steel mesh caged body with side-access door, behind-cab toolbox, rear barn doors with tailgate, and electrohydraulic underfloor tipping gear with in-cab controls.
The arboricultural tipper features a galvanised steel subframe with aluminium body, behind-cab toolbox, hinged aluminium ‘chip hood’, rear barn doors, a ladder rack, three-stage electrohydraulic underfloor tipping gear with in-cab controls and key fob remote control, a pull-out rear step, an LED hazard beacon, and a towbar
Both variants, announced alongside three new variants of the 7.2t Daily, are based on the Business trim level, with standard equipment including air conditioning, cruise control, front fog lights, and electrically heated and adjustable door mirrors.
The caged tipper comes with a 136hp engine, while the arboricultural tipper comes with a 160hp engine. Both feature a six-speed manual gearbox, twin rear wheels, and a Construction Pack, which includes a tyre pressure monitoring system, sump
guard, cross-axle differential lock, elliptical rear springs, and towing electrics.
The arboricultural tipper also comes with Traction Plus and hill descent control.
