Kwik Fit has bought 107 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans for use with its Premium Mobile Tyre Fitting service.
Supplied by Mercedes-Benz dealership Motus Truck & Van, the initial batch of 15 vans was deployed this week.
The additional 92 are set to be rolled out over the course of this year, with the potential introduction of further vans as part of an ongoing replacement model and mutual growth aspirations.
Kwik Fit mobile divisional director Mark Wellings said: “Our objective is to provide a premium, professional mobile tyre fitting service that prioritises convenience and flexibility for customers across the UK, but this can only be achieved if we have enough vans on the road.
“This agreement for over 100 new Mercedes-Benz Sprinters will allow us to meet the increasing demand for our services, reducing downtime across our fleet significantly – thanks to the vans’ well-documented reliability as well as the comprehensive support package included.”
