Camper van conversion specialist Lunar Campers, which formed last year when Preston-based Lunar acquired Huddersfield converter Wellhouse Leisure, had three camper vans on display at the recent CV Show at the NEC in Birmingham.
The Esterela Trafic Camper van (pictured) was on the Renault stand, the Proace-based Lerina graced Toyota’s stand and the Wellhouse Ford Terrier, converted from the new Transit Custom and equipped with an Eberspacher fridge, could be found on the temperature-control unit manufacturer’s stand.
Wellhouse boss, who has become Lunar Camper’s sales director, David Elliott, told What Van?: “It’s cool to go camping – the camper van thing has exploded.”
