All trained by the Big Blue Oval, the technicians employed by the sites have access to a selection of special tools and all the necessary equipment.

To obtain Ford accreditation, as a minimum each Ford Accident Repair Centre has to have a 5.0 tonne capacity lift, a repair jig that can handle even the biggest Transits, and a spray booth and oven that can take vehicles at least 3.0m high. It must also run at least one courtesy van and fit genuine Ford parts.
