Customer satisfaction leader Experteye has launched a new driver satisfaction survey, and has chosen to partner exclusively with What Van? and sister publication BusinessCar to collect responses and publish the results for company car and van drivers.
Called DriverView, the new research is designed to provide insight into a wide variety of areas, including pre-purchase considerations and the pre-delivery experience, product feedback, aftersales experience, and future buying intentions across cars and vans, and retail and fleet purchasing. That makes it the most comprehensive research ever undertaken in this area of the market the UK.
The company already conducts research across the industry, including its recently expanded Experteye Awards that grade customer satisfaction across nine categories including leasing providers, fleet manufacturers, fleet dealer groups and networks and innovation.
All are based on independent fleet customer feedback, and this level of expertise and knowledge, which also includes feedback from leasing companies to manufacturers, is now to be applied to end users of both cars and light commercial vehicles.
“We are delighted to be working with BusinessCar and What Van?, which have an excellent reputation in the business and fleet sector for analysis of what is happening in the industry,” said Experteye managing director Rick Yarrow. “By having access to their extensive subscriber base we will be able to provide wide-ranging analysis of the views of the fleet drivers on key issues. Combining this with other research we already do in the sector and extending it to cover Europe will give us a truly unique insight into these issues.”
And What Van? readers can also benefit, with an impressive goody bag being on offer to a lucky winner who offers their opinion on their vehicle. This includes a weekend in a supercar, £1000-worth of hotel accomodation with £500 spending money, an iPad Air and a 12-month subscription to What Van?
BusinessCar and What Van? magazines will publish exclusive analysis of the findings later this year.
Experteye, launched in 2002, has forged a reputation for industry leading research, most obviously through its Touchpoint survey of 40,000 leased vehicle drivers to assess the quality of interaction with lease firms in the wake of key events such as delivery, servicing, tyre replacement, glass repair and breakdown.
