A custom-made device that should stop thieves siphoning precious diesel out of your Iveco Daily has been launched by Iveco in conjunction with TISS Security Systems. Based on TISS’ TankSafe Standard anti-siphoning device for trucks, TankSafe Daily has been re-engineered specifically for the vehicle.
Made from aluminium, and available through Iveco dealers, it is designed to be attack-proof and can either be fitted to new models or retrofitted to Dailys already in service. Its introduction follows requests from Daily owners who are apparently being targeted by fuel thieves with increasingly frequency.
