Power comes courtesy of a 150hp 4.0-litre four-cylinder diesel married to a six-speed gearbox and the 300 is fitted with a three-man tilt cab. It was supplied through dealer Hi-Trucks (Birmingham).
Abacus counts on Hino
A Hino 300 7.5-tonner has gone into service with Bloxwich, West Midlands based builders merchants Abacus. Used to deliver materials to locations such as private houses, where access may be restricted, it's equipped with a brick-and-block body plus a crane mounted behind the cab.
