Cheshire-based Rhino Products has invested more than £2m into upgrading its business infrastructure to enhance the efficient distribution of its MR4 van racking range.
The investment included the installation of a state-of-the-art laser cutting machinery at its Deeside manufacturing site. It has also opened a dedicated MR4 Van Racking Facility in Nantwich, which Rhino says enables them to dispatch orders in industry-beating lead times.
The modular design of the MR4 system allows van owners to create custom configurations tailored to their specific needs, using Rhino’s innovative configurator tool to build the perfect setup.
Each racking unit is made to measure to maximise the storage potential of the cargo area, says the firm. A bespoke fitting kit is included in every package and a wide variety of options are available, including aluminium drawers, drop fronts, lockers, work benches and more.
Rhino recognises that some operators need racking fitted as quickly as possible – with their MR4 Express Range, this is the perfect solution. With the most popular configurations in stock and flat-packed, it’s ready for same-day dispatch from the new Nantwich MR4 Facility.
While racking is designed to carry parts and tools, there’s no reason it can’t be stylish. Rhino has invested significant effort into the MR4’s design, ensuring its sleek appearance perfectly complements the modern aesthetics of today’s vans.
