The newcomers boast air conditioning, Trafficmaster satellite navigation and Bluetooth. They’re also equipped with a generator apiece in case a client’s telecommunications system needs to be kept operational during a power cut. Allocated to the firm’s installation and service engineers, the Nemos will remain in service for three years. They’ll cover up to 150,000 miles each during that time.

“With the new Nemos we’ll reduce our fleet’s fuel consumption by 25 per cent and cut CO2 emissions by many tonnes a year,” Odysseas says. “In addition, the standard-fit trip computer will enable in-house analysis and monitoring of fuel consumption to ensure that our drivers are achieving the best-possible economy.”
