CV accessories manufacturer Rhino Products has announced the acquisition of competitor firm Hubb Systems.
It said the deal would support the continued diversification of its product range, and allow it to further increase its market share, while Hubb Systems customers would benefit from its product quality, innovation and industry leading service levels.
Rhino Products said it would gradually be introducing a select number of Hubb Systems products into its own catalogue, with a series of improvements and design upgrades already underway to bring them in line with its standards.
Rhino Products is said to be pursuing ambitious growth plans for 2022, including new products and the recent launch of the Rhino Express delivery service.
Group CEO Steve Egerton said: “We are delighted to announce the successful acquisition of Hubb Systems. The Rhino Products journey has always been centred around growth and pushing forward, with our dedicated teams ensuring that any challenge is hit head on with strong drive and determination.
“The acquisition of Hubb Systems ensures that we can offer our industry leading products to an even larger share of the market, while also continuing to diversify our product range. We look forward to making a series of exciting further product announcements in the coming weeks and months.
“As we continue working towards our ambitious growth plans, I have no doubt that this year will prove to be another extremely exciting and successful one for the Rhino Products group, and I look forward to working with our fantastic internal teams to make 2022 a year to remember.”
