The Telford-based company manufactures the side panels and bulkheads in-house. It assembles the panels and immediately moves them through the final assembly while the adhesive sets, which it claimed cuts assembly times down to as little as an hour.
Neither the side panels nor the roller shutter door have external fixings, which Ingimex said facilitates the application of livery.
The Ingimex Luton features a wide lathe shutter made in-house from aluminium and fitted with a slam lock and throw over handle. Optional anti-rattle load resistant poles are rated to 400kg and designed to ease load securing. An internal grab handle with work lamp comes as standard. The Ingimex Luton van comes with a three-year warranty.
