Herd Group has announced changes to its board structure.
The firm, which offers vehicle rental, fleet management, and remarketing, says Nigel Schroder will move to the position of executive chairman, supported on its executive board by executive directors Jason Rogerson and Anthony Moss.
The group’s operational board will be headed by group managing director Gemma Dickson (pictured), with group finance director Anthony McKeague, group fleet director Mike Cooke, and group commercial director Danielle Davison.
Schroder said: “Over the last three years we have created a young and dynamic operational board. The team headed by Gemma, an entrepreneur with exceptional leadership skills, are well placed to drive the business to achieve our aggressive growth targets over the next 5 years.
“I am really looking forward to seeing and supporting the operational board over the coming years and seeing what they will achieve.”
